CC&R's: Be sure you are in compliance

It is very important for your Association to be in compliance. One way to ensure this is give your insurance broker or agent a complete set of your Association’s CC&Rs and ask him or her to review your documents. Any experienced broker or agent will know exactly what to look for and where to find the necessary information so that you have the peace of mind knowing you are in compliance with all requirements including appropriate insurance coverage.
